Shipping
Domestic Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the completed order is received. This excludes holidays and weekends. Exceptions include all pre-ordered products which will ship the day they arrive form the supplier.
Please note that problems with credit card information and other payment problems will delay shipment.
International and United States Orders
International and orders from the US will have shipping charge options available during checkout. All duties or fees required by your countries Customs office are the purchaser's responsibility and not theheroeslounge.com
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available to Canadian addresses only and only for purchases of $100.00 or more before subjected taxes. All free shipping is sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
Return policy
Because of the nature of our product returns for undamaged goods will not be permitted. Returns on damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods and an RMA submitted to our system.
